Enjoy Playing Elite Squad
Elite Squad pulls heroes from Tom Clancy stories into one tactical role-playing game. Players build five-agent squads and fight in real-time battles. Each agent fills a clear role like attacker, defender, healer, or support. Skills trigger on short cooldowns and charge into strong ultimate moves. Compact arenas use cover and angles to shape every fight.
Progression centers on recruiting agents and upgrading them through play. Players gather character fragments to unlock new operatives and raise star ranks. Levels, gear upgrades, and skill ranks boost stats and open new moves. Team building matters since roles and franchise ties grant bonuses when combined. Modes include a story campaign, player versus player battles, guild wars, and rotating events.
Ubisoft launched Elite Squad on August 25, 2020 and ran it as a free-to-play game with energy, random crates, and premium currency. A trailer sparked criticism after it showed a raised fist icon similar to real protest imagery. The company apologized and removed the icon. The team ended development in 2021 because growth fell short. They closed the servers on October 4, 2021 and the game went offline.
