Fireboy and Watergirl 5 – Elements brings the two partners back into a maze of puzzles. You control both characters either with a friend or by juggling the two on your own. Fireboy moves fast on lava and ignores heat. Watergirl handles pools and cool surfaces. Each hero collects their own gems and avoids the opposite element. A wrong step lands them in green slime and ends the run.

Each temple changes the rules in a clear way. The Forest Temple uses doors, buttons, and seesaws. The Light Temple bounces beams with mirrors and switches. The Ice Temple turns floors slick and keeps movement sliding. The Wind Temple adds fans to push or lift. The Crystal Temple bends routes with portals. The Fire and Water Temples sharpen hazards and timing. Later stages mix these ideas and reshape the route.
