Vex is a running and jumping game with a stick person. You run through tricky levels and avoid traps. You jump over spikes and slide under danger. You try to reach the finish without getting hit.
Vex gives you checkpoints. A checkpoint saves your spot. If you mess up, you try again from that point. You learn the pattern and you improve each time.
Vex feels fun when you get better. You start slow, then you move faster. You try to finish the level with fewer mistakes. You also try to beat your best time.
